1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work when you book through Worlds Travel LLC, an independent Online Travel Agency. Because we act as an intermediary, any refund is governed first by the fare rules and terms of the airline or other supplier that operates your travel service, and second by our own service-fee terms below.

Before you pay, you always know the terms. Your agent discloses the total price, whether the fare is refundable or changeable, and any applicable service fee before taking payment. Nothing is charged without your approval.

2. Supplier Fare Rules Come First

Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, car-rental firms and tour operators each set their own cancellation and refund rules for the fares and rates they publish. These rules determine whether your booking can be cancelled, whether any amount is refundable, and any penalty that applies. We will always explain the specific rules for your fare before you book and will process an eligible refund request on your behalf.

3. Our Service Fee

Worlds Travel LLC charges a service fee for the agent time spent researching, booking and supporting your travel. A standard service fee of $50 USD applies to most confirmed bookings; the exact amount is disclosed and agreed before payment.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Call (833) 852-0083 (available 24/7) or email contact@worldztoursandtravels.store with your booking reference and the lead passenger's name. The sooner you contact us, the more options are usually available, because supplier penalties often increase closer to departure. See also our Changes & Cancellations page.

5. Refund Timelines

Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method once the supplier releases the funds to us. Processing times are set largely by the supplier and your card issuer and can take one or more billing cycles (commonly 7–30 business days, sometimes longer for certain suppliers). We will keep you informed of the status.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Many discounted and promotional fares are non-refundable and/or non-changeable. In these cases no refund of the supplier's fare is available, though a travel credit may sometimes be offered by the supplier. We will tell you clearly if a fare is non-refundable before you book.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by phone. We keep clear records of the fares and fees disclosed to you and of your authorisation, so that any charge can be verified.
