These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the travel booking services provided by Worlds Travel LLC ("Worlds Travel", "we", "us"), an independent Online Travel Agency. Please read them carefully. By using our website or booking through our agents, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
Worlds Travel LLC is an independent Online Travel Agency and is not associated with any airline, cruise line, hotel, car-rental company or travel brand. We act as an intermediary that researches, compares and books travel services on your behalf. Each travel service is provided and operated by a third-party supplier under that supplier's own terms, fare rules and conditions, which form part of your contract for that service.
When you ask us to book, you authorise Worlds Travel LLC to make the booking and process payment for the amounts disclosed to you. You confirm that the traveller information you provide (including names matching government ID) is accurate. You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary and notifying us promptly of any errors.
The total you pay may include the supplier's published fare and taxes plus a service fee charged by Worlds Travel LLC. A standard service fee of $50 USD applies to most confirmed bookings; the exact amount is disclosed and agreed before payment. Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and paid. We do not add undisclosed charges.
Payment is taken only after you approve the total price, through secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. By authorising payment you confirm you are the cardholder or have the cardholder's permission to use the payment method.
Changes and cancellations are governed by the supplier's fare rules and by our Refund Policy. Supplier penalties and/or fare differences may apply in addition to a service fee for handling the change. Some fares are non-changeable or non-refundable. All applicable charges are disclosed before we act. See our Changes page for details.
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits, health requirements) and for complying with airline and government requirements. We are not liable for losses arising from missing or invalid documentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worlds Travel LLC's liability arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or default of any supplier, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or misuse its content. All website content is owned by or licensed to Worlds Travel LLC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the appropriate courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
